How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The air conditioning worked well, but the room was the smallest I've ever stayed in, with only one double power point to juggle everything. It felt a bit overpriced and there was no real choice, only a microwave and no crockery.

The staff were extremely rude, the rooms had bugs, and when I tried to sleep the cleaning cart was pushed into my child without an apology; when I asked for one, she flat‑out said, “Move your kid. I'm cleaning.”

The place was clean and the parking was secure.

The room was clean and convenient, but there was no soap in the bathroom and the hot water took a long time to come through. There were no wine glasses, the bathroom door handle was falling apart, and another guest was very noisy.
