The place feels like home with the owners being very kind, smiling, and always available, which we especially recommend for short stays or layovers; my three‑year‑old daughter even received a drawing kit. It does look a bit old‑fashioned, but it works perfectly.

We were warmly welcomed and could park our bicycles on the premises; we were able to check into our room early, and every morning a tasty, varied, and healthy buffet breakfast was ready for us. Our special requests—like tea type and seating—were also met. The location is ideal for cycling around Delitzsch or for trips using public transport (the train station is a 10‑minute walk), such as to Leipzig. We’ll definitely come back.

The owners were very nice, parking was right outside the hotel‑pension, and the breakfast selection was large.

The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was excellent, but rooms facing the street were very noisy until late at night; a small, somewhat tidy outdoor seating area for evenings would have been nice, yet the existing one was hardly inviting.
