The room was large and clean, and the bathroom was next to the room, new and tidy. The A.C. didn’t work properly during my stay, so there was no cooling.

The location is good, but a lone woman walking back gets followed; it’s safer to walk in a group. The air‑conditioning and communication were good, and the private transfer to the accommodation worked well. The bed was broken; I asked for a partial refund for the first night but haven’t heard back. I’d like this resolved ASAP because I didn’t sleep at all that first night and have attached pictures of the broken bed. They fixed it after I reported it.

The lodging is convenient and well‑situated, perfect for visiting Faro and the surrounding area. It’s also quiet. Check‑in and check‑out were very simple, with clear instructions and perfectly organized. Daily housekeeping is appreciated. However, we were a bit disappointed by the cleanliness, which remained somewhat superficial despite daily cleaning. Most notably, we saw cockroaches several times during the stay. It wasn’t an infestation, but it’s obviously unpleasant and something that should be addressed.
