There was nothing good; it didn’t offer value for the money, especially with the breakfast and overall stay.
“Hotel bom, wifi ruim”
The hotel’s overall look is clean and modern, and I liked its spot in Karol Bagh, where the metro, restaurants, shops and other businesses are close by. The price is good for what you get, with a fridge‑in‑the‑room, a big bed, and the quietness was a positive surprise after staying at a very noisy hotel. On one day the hot water stopped working, which was bad. The air‑conditioner wasn’t cool enough and can’t be adjusted. The main issue is that the Wi‑Fi is poor, so don’t book if you need a solid connection for work or study.
Nothing as such. Rooms not cleaned properly. Sofa and blanket covers had stains. Toilet and toilet role stand needs to be changed
“the place is not noisy”
The staff were really good and they upgraded us to a deluxe room.
Nothing. Hot water for only 2 hour in winter season and no heater. Didn't get mineral water for 6 hrs
