How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The room is charming, very clean, and the AC is functional. The staff was super helpful and friendly, and I appreciated the design and location. The mattress felt a bit hard for me, and there was no elevator (I stayed on the 5th floor).

There’s no breakfast. The check‑in sign‑in should point toward the kiblat for Muslim guests.

My family of three stayed in a double bed room. Check‑in was self‑service with a door passcode. The room was spotless, quiet, the beds were comfortable, and everything else was fine. The owner sent a detailed WhatsApp message with all the info before we arrived. We requested a fan and blankets, and they were arranged immediately; they followed up to confirm satisfaction. The owner also shared a list of local restaurants, activities, and a festival happening at the time. When we forgot our bank card, the owner helped us get cash via wire transfer the same day, which was incredibly helpful. The place is in a good area, the main food street and the two biggest malls are 10 minutes away, the price is affordable, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommendation.

The location is good, and the room comes with a connected TV. In the family room, the narrow ladder mixed with the child’s feet was a bit problematic.

The main bedroom was roomy enough to move around the bed comfortably. We first spotted a broken table and a cracked toilet seat cover, but after texting the staff on WhatsApp, new ones arrived by the next evening. The loft, with its two double beds, became a hit—my daughter didn’t want to leave it. The lobby wasn’t fully locked up, yet nothing was taken, and we liked being able to secure our luggage to the gates with the number‑coded cables the staff gave us after check‑out. Dining choices were great, with a 7‑Eleven nearby, several tidy cafés, and tasty street food. All in all, we really enjoyed our week‑long stay. A tighter gate lock would make guests feel even safer, and a smoother ladder to the loft bedroom would add extra comfort.
