How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location and easy access to the subway, local shops, and the mall were solid. The first room had a nasty odor, even in the hallway, and the bath towel was dirty, giving a very bad first impression, but the front desk promptly swapped it for a new room. The hotel feels quite dated overall, though the location was genuinely good.

The hotel sits right next to the conference center and has several cozy dining spots nearby. It’s also a short walk to a huge shopping mall with a great food court, and the breakfast was good.

The hotel is conveniently located near the station and the mall, with a convenience store right on the ground floor, and the rooms felt clean and tidy. I loved the view from the window, and when it rained the receptionist offered me an umbrella. The housekeeping staff were also extremely friendly. The only drawback was that the sidewalk from the station to the hotel isn’t level, making it a bit awkward to walk.

I appreciated how friendly the staff were and how convenient everything was around me. I did not like that the pool was closed for maintenance during my stay.
