“Absolutely horrific”
We never got to stay here. The front desk was locked, and we waited for 4 hours. We called, knocked, but got no answer. We had to find another room. No response to email or inquiries.

The price was low, but roaches were everywhere. Spider webs and both live and dead spiders were behind the bed and on the end tables, and the fridge was infested. A King’s Inn door tag from years ago was still on the floor behind the bed. Housekeeping didn’t change the sheets or blankets, and the room had a terrible odor. Towels were mostly brown, with the white ones only slightly less stained. It was the worst place to stay. The AC barely cooled the room. The shower had cracks around the tub at every corner, and the grab bar fell off each time it was touched. There was no microwave in the room, even though it was advertised. Spider webs hit you in the face as you walked through the room. I left early and would like a refund.

The spot was great, the AC worked fine, and the bed was decent, with staff that were friendly. However, the fridge had defrosted, leaving a puddle on the floor, the room had a mildew smell, mold on the ceiling, dirty and hair‑laden bathroom, and the blankets and sheets were riddled with holes and burn marks.

The place was convenient and offered a good price, and there were no complaints.

The maid was helpful, but the rate was higher than expected—$860 for a stay, whereas a room would have cost $300 a week plus tax.
