The room was ideal for a solo traveler; it felt spacious even though it was small, the kitchenette was fully equipped, the bathroom was gorgeous, and the bed was very comfortable. However, navigating the basement parking was tough, there were no signs directing guests to the different lift lobbies or exits, which made it a nightmare for anyone lacking good navigation skills.

The location is good, but the room was filthy from the moment I walked in, with a strong drain odor. I had to leave the door open and open the sliding door to air it out, sprayed Handy Andy on all drains including the toilet, and found small cockroaches 🪳 and milk products that had expired in March 2026. The room was poorly maintained, and the safe was hidden at the very top of the cupboard.

Everything was fine, and I have booked this unit several times with no complaints. The only downside was spotting a few cockroaches 😔, so fumigation is definitely needed. In my last booking for the 29‑30 May 2026, I was told to cancel because the unit was double‑booked; I only learned about this three days before check‑in after calling to confirm, had to find alternative lodging at double the price, and now feel anxious about future bookings, even though I have another reservation for October.

The location is within walking distance of a good shopping center with many restaurants, and the reception staff were helpful. The shower had good pressure and pleasant water, though the door was too tight to get into, which made it worth the effort. The room layout was disappointing: the bed was practically in the kitchen, the toilet door opened right next to the stove, and the cupboards were all too high. Glasses, pots, and other items were on the top shelves, well above the stove, so I could only reach one cup; the security lockable box was also inaccessible even when standing on a chair. I am 160 cm tall, so this setup prevented me from enjoying the room’s amenities. This issue is unique to this unit, and the owner should rearrange things to be user‑friendly.
