The room was nice, clean, and had a sea view. The facilities included a swimming pool, a wide selection of breakfast options, and a pleasant restaurant staff—especially the Polish waitress Ewa, who was absolutely lovely and experienced. However, the reception staff were not friendly or polite. Our original room had a bad odor, and the front desk lady told us that no other rooms were available, which we assumed meant we would stay there. Eventually we received a better room with a sea view, but the conversation was still unpleasant. The reception staff should be nicer and smile more.

The hotel is close to the sea, has a heated saltwater pool with service nearby, a great restaurant and menu, and rooms are clean and well maintained. The room lacked a Dyson‑brand hair dryer outlet, which we brought with us and couldn’t use because the season had ended (23‑27 September). We couldn’t eat lunch in the hotel and had to buy a toast at the bar; dinner was served at 19:30, which was inconvenient for us. Nearby restaurants were also closed. We had paid for breakfasts and dinners, but the booking site didn’t inform us that lunches were no longer available. We left earlier than the paid period, at 22:00, and had a breakfast booked for the next day for two people, yet no snacks were offered for the journey, unlike other hotels.
