The location is good, the room is clean and well maintained with nice décor, and breakfast is good. The dinner service is deplorable: the dishes were unappetizing, the meat arrived cold, and the hotel feels very impersonal with no special attention. The pool is very unpleasant.

I paid 14.5 thousand all at once and checked in, but I spent only about an hour in the room. I cranked up the music a bit louder than usual, not in the room but on the balcony, when a mentally delayed law enforcement officer burst in and started yelling at me. I asked her to speak more politely, lowered the volume, and thought the conflict was resolved, but she returned in a foul language and told me she was going to evict me from the room. I was shocked, tried to explain that it was nonsense, lowered the volume again, but she didn’t understand and left. Ten minutes later, the police came and arrested me. That’s the kind of vacation I had—paid the hotel, got kicked out, and the police were involved. I didn’t get to relax, the mood was ruined, and no one is coming back my money. The booking app works fine, but the staff here are a problem.

I liked the staff, the interior, the restaurant, the scents, and the friendly people ❤️ It was especially nice to receive a congratulation and to be able to discuss it in advance. We had some confusion with the ordered add‑ons and were a bit disappointed that the stay didn’t give us bonuses at the restaurants and bars. The late checkout cost 40‑50% of the total, which surprised me, ha. Still, we stayed another day because that’s how it turned out 😄
