I found absolutely nothing positive about this stay. The conditions, hygiene, and staff contact all fell far short of basic expectations, showing a total lack of professionalism, responsibility, and respect for guests. This is how a reception should never look. I strongly advise against booking here; I hope anyone considering a stay reads this before spending money and ending up in the same situation. No one should pay for a service only to fight for basic respectful treatment. What I experienced during my stay at this property is simply unacceptable. I booked a room with a private bathroom, but on arrival I was given a room without a bathroom, which was only located on the floor. Moreover, it was room number 2, the only one without an interior bathroom, even though the reservation clearly included a bathroom. I had no way to choose the room number myself, so later attempts to convince me that I had chosen such a room were downright absurd. The conditions? A drama in every possible way. In the room the window wouldn’t open, there was a repulsive stench, dirt, and a musty smell. A person had nothing to breathe. The balcony in front of the room didn’t close properly, meaning outsiders could potentially enter the building. It’s hard to talk about any sense of safety or comfort in such conditions. Hygiene also left everything to be desired: * Dirty towels. * Black hair on the sheets, even though both my partner and I have blond hair. * Unwashed bedding with disgusting stains, including feces. * A non‑working hair dryer. * Shower fluids with suspicious deposits resembling mold. * A radiator covered in dirt or a mold‑like deposit. These are not minor inconveniences to overlook; they are basic hygiene, safety, and reservation compliance issues. When I tried to explain the situation, contacting the property was practically impossible. My phone was not answered.
