The spot is right in the middle of everything and the kitchen has everything you need, plus the host was super friendly and on top of everything. The room itself felt a bit bare‑bones – there were no hangers, no nightstand and we had to make do without a table or chair. Overall a solid base, just wish the little extras were there.

This place is really charming and Marcia took care of us from the moment we arrived, always ready to help and answer any question. It felt like staying with a friend who knows the area well.

The apartment is clean and pleasant, with a shared kitchen and BBQ that are organized nicely, and the owner was always quick to assist. The downside is that it’s not close to the Balsa district – you have to walk about fifteen minutes to get there. Still a decent spot if you don’t mind the trek.
