I had a great stay here, with super friendly and helpful staff. We even got a free late checkout, which was a nice touch. The sauna and pool were included in the room rate, and breakfast was decent. We were even treated to a free cappuccino. My only gripes are that the mattresses were a bit too firm for my liking, and the curtains were too small to block out the light properly. Still, it was a great experience overall.

I was really looking forward to my stay here, but it turned out to be a major letdown. The room and bathroom were nice and spacious, and the receptionist was friendly and took my complaints seriously. But that's where the positives end. This place isn't a hotel at all - it's a rehab center or hospital. There was no pool or restaurant, which was a big part of why I booked here.

I had a really mixed experience at this place. The location is amazing, with tons of hiking trails right on my doorstep. But the accommodation and service were a disaster - I've never seen anything like it. The room had a strong musty smell from the carpet and furniture, and I found dead insects on the windowsill, wall, and even in the shower. The bathroom was a mess, with a broken faucet screen and no light bulb in the bedside lamp.
