“Great place to stay for the whole family.”

The room was an apartment—very spacious and nice, with great views and an amazing property; you could stay without ever leaving. The hallway carpet was a bit dated, and someone had smoked in the lobby, leaving a smell for the first two days of the stay. Additionally, the shuttle to the beach was always late; on the first day we waited 50 minutes and it never arrived, even though it’s supposed to run every 30 minutes.

The spot was great and the tram was handy, but I never got a balcony room.
