Hacienda Bajamar

There wasn’t much. I’ve stayed at many hotels, but they offered ice services, yet they said the guest had to walk to the bar and bring the ice themselves, and while doing that I regretted choosing this hotel. I didn’t like any of the services or the hotel’s condition. I made a reservation and showed them evidence that my reservation service included breakfast, but they refused to provide the service because it wasn’t in the system. It’s a hotel I absolutely don’t want to use again.

I stayed in an old room that wasn’t very clean; a razor appeared in the sheets and a scorpion was found in another room.

“Una experiencia maravillosa!!”

Breakfast was very tasty, but there could have been a à la carte service on weekends; only a buffet was offered. I liked that during the stay you get access to all the facilities, including golf shooting practice. The buffet price felt a bit high, there should be more affordable options, and the restaurant lacked air conditioning, making breakfast uncomfortable and embarrassing. The cost for the ball basket could be lower.
