I absolutely do not recommend it! We came as a family and it was a complete disappointment. We had many problems with cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance, food and comfort. The pool had stones in it, we found hair in the shower, the rooms and common areas were dirty, the sheets and pillowcases were stained and had a strong cigarette smell, the bathroom trash can was very dirty and rusted, the pool towels were insufficient and the towels given were stained and dirty, room cleaning was only done every two days and we were not informed of this beforehand, there was no cleaning card in the room to request cleaning, Wi‑Fi was terrible, there was no place to hang towels or clothes on the balcony, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, the pool area was broken, dirty and unmaintained, the lounge cushions were very stained and uncomfortable, the pool bar was dirty and dishes were not cleaned properly and were left for a long time, the outside sofa was rusted. The tablecloths at the dining tables were stained, and despite telling them, the staff did not want to change them. The food was also very bad. Some of the food had gone bad and overall the food had no taste. The cheese in the cheese cigarette böreği was sour. The chocolate cake was so bad it was not worth eating. For SISUS Beach, you need to spend a minimum of 750 TL per person. Despite that, it is basically made up of the lawn area’s loungers and there is a public beach right in front. Getting to the sea is quite troublesome; you have to walk about 1 km to reach the public beach. We do not think this price is justified. We have photos of many of the problems we encountered. Overall, the hotel’s cleanliness and maintenance level was unacceptable. I absolutely do not recommend it and do not plan to stay again.
