How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Our room offered a beautiful view and was near the city tram. However, we booked a queen room but received what they call a “cozy double.” They explained they don’t have queen rooms. The room was very small. The old elevator only holds two people and feels like it might stop working at any moment. Otherwise it was 100 stairs to the fourth floor.

The room was beautiful, extremely spacious and had the most stunning view of Dean Village. We couldn’t stop gazing at the view each time we had the chance. There was even an espresso machine and some tea bags for warm drinks. The large bed, pillows and blanket were very comfortable. The bathroom was huge. The B+B is pretty well located, only 5 minutes from Dean Village and Leigh Walk, 10 minutes from restaurants and 20 minutes from the old city. We rested well and enjoyed a generous breakfast with a buffet and a la carte options, all served perfectly by the on‑site staff. My wife, who is allergic to wheat, could enjoy gluten‑free toasts. We couldn’t use the lounge next to the reception because it was closed; the receptionist offered to use the lounge at their sister hotel next door.

They stored our luggage when we arrived early, helped us with our phones (being in a different country) and suggested an excellent lunch spot. The accommodations were charming.

Great location. Beautiful hotel with elevator. Room was comfortable with great views. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Coffee machine was difficult to operate. Need instructions
