“Hotel hezký, ale zůstala pachuť.”
The only thing I liked about this hotel was the pool, which was clean, large, and the pool area was great, but the whole thing ends badly. I paid for a stay when the listing said the amount included fees and taxes; upon arrival a payment carousel started, charging for everything—from parking to all sports facilities and equipment. Children can use the pool from 10:00 to 19:00, but are not allowed in the gym at all, and you can’t find this out beforehand. If I’d known, I would have avoided this hotel with my kids. I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children, yet the room had only one chair and two glasses; the rest of the furniture was on the floor and the glasses were supposedly borrowed? What? The cherry on top was that for dinner with fries we got mayonnaise in a Bakelite container—those single-portion Hellmann’s. Does a 4* chef not know how to make homemade mayonnaise? Go away! BTW it’s not a 4* at all, more like a 3* with a touch of the fourth for the pool. If I had been informed about the payments and restrictions beforehand, I wouldn’t have said a word; I count on that, but this feels like consumer deception. For the same or slightly higher amount you can get nicer, better-equipped hotels right in Prague that are truly 4* or 5*. It’s more of a corporate event hotel, not for families with kids.
“Это наш любимый семейный отель для спокойного отдыха.”
Sauna, pool, spacious and clean rooms, tasty breakfasts, and pleasant staff.
A stay that was very pleasant and the hotel was very clean.
The pool water was warm, clean, and comfortable, and the apartment for two adults and children was convenient.
The hotel was nicely kept, the rooms had a pleasant atmosphere and the beds were comfortable. The front desk staff were very helpful. The restaurant was more expensive, but the food was very tasty. The wellness included in the room price added a nice touch to the visit. Breakfast was absolutely perfect and delicious.
