The hosts were wonderful and made the stay very welcoming. The property is in a great location, and the atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax and rest. I would happily stay here again

“Lo mejor, la atención.”

What I would first highlight is how friendly the staff are; they are incredibly kind. Their friendliness and warmth make the stay very pleasant. It’s an excellent place to start the day in Coll de Tourmalet. The mattress and pillows were uncomfortable. Dinner was quite expensive for what it was, though the ingredients were good; it was very “simple”. The salad was just lettuce, nothing else, and the meat in sauce was tasty but overcooked.

The reception by Bouchon, Isabelle and Jean‑Pierre is definitely worth a visit, as are the tasty, hearty evening dishes. Breakfast is also very high quality and the room is quiet and comfortable. The daily attentions let us enjoy a very pleasant stay. We’ll return with great pleasure! Nothing to complain about, everything was liked.
