We chose this spot because its location was perfect for the baseball event, and the pool let my son escape the heat. When my husband tried to check in, the staff told him our room had been canceled. He spent 15 minutes arguing and finally asked for a printed confirmation of the cancellation so we could prove it to everyone. The staff member admitted he couldn’t prove it and didn’t see a reservation on his system, only that it was canceled. He wouldn’t call another colleague for help, but a kind lady eventually appeared, showed him how to resolve the issue, and located our room quickly. The check‑in process was very frustrating.
