I booked the Aethos for my partner’s 3‑year anniversary and was helped to pick out gifts and welcoming presents, which were amazing; we also received a lovely handwritten card and complimentary chocolate strawberries. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the facilities and location were far better than expected, and the TV was huge. The only downside was the high price; we enjoyed our time so much that we wish we had downgraded to stay longer.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was super clean, but the AC was weak, the bath placement was horrible (I fell twice!), the carpet was stained and old, and the Bohemian ceiling design felt unfinished.
