Everything was great, except for a parking mix‑up: the parking was supposed to be included, but my wife ended up paying for it. It was frustrating because we were running late for appointments, but it was eventually sorted out.

The hotel’s location is good, but the room was full of mold, the trash bin was overflowing, there was used soap in the shower, the air‑conditioner was very old and noisy, and the hair dryer didn’t work.

Communication with the manager was easy, check‑in and check‑out were quick and smooth. The location is excellent, the parking is secure, and the staff are very polite and helpful. Our trip to Morumbi was easy, even with the chaotic traffic. The traffic is chaotic during rush hour, but that’s expected given such a prime location.

The location is good, but the ad was misleading because it didn’t say this isn’t a Transamerica property and it has no services. When I asked the front desk to replace the safe batteries, they said they couldn’t enter the apartment and told me to call the owner!
