The breakfast buffet is really good, so my picky kids always find something to eat. The area has good restaurants all around. I like having a small fridge in the room. The furniture needs updating, but the bed is really comfortable.

The location is unbeatable, right on the waterfront and just a short walk from Rimini’s promenade, making it easy to hit the beach and bars on foot. Unfortunately, the room itself feels outdated, with old furniture and a cramped bathroom that has a shower cut into the wall. We were traveling with our dog, so at check‑in we had to pay the city tax and an extra cleaning fee for the animal upfront, yet the regular cleaning never happened. We told reception we’d be out in the morning, but staff came to clean at 14:50 while we were resting in the room. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, offering both sweet and savory options, though the tables sit near large windows and the food stays under the sun for a long time. Overall, the stay was calm, but given the cleaning mishap and the state of the rooms, I don’t see myself returning.

The hotel was excellent. We stayed here for 6 nights. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help and answer any questions. We were lucky to get an upgrade—originally booked with a courtyard view, we received a sea view. A special thank you for that! The room itself is fairly simple, but for the price it’s a fantastic deal, especially on the first beachfront line. There was enough space. The beds were comfortable. The ventilation worked great, and the Wi‑Fi was good too. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of variety: fruit, vegetables, pastries, eggs, sausages, various rolls, mini pizzas, and other items. The hotel’s location is also decent—walking to the center takes 20 minutes, to the Ferris wheel and the “party” street 15‑20 minutes, to the free beach also 20 minutes, and to the train station another 20 minutes. A big plus was the ability to check in late. We arrived around 23:00 and checked in calmly. We visited beaches 43 and 44. Both are good—there are showers, toilets, and play areas. Overall, my sister and I were satisfied. We could have had a slight refresh of the furniture in the room and the front door. The wardrobe could be more practical—ours was just a wardrobe with a mezzanine and two pull‑out drawers. The front door was a standard wooden one, lockable (it didn’t look very secure, but we had no problems). This isn’t a huge drawback because it didn’t bother us during our stay. Just a small suggestion for improvement.

The location is wonderful. The sea view and sunrise view are unbeatable. The staff are polite. The “swedish buffet” is decent. I liked everything.
