The suite was a bit off‑site, but it was nice, quiet, and clean. At night, wild boars passed by the window, but they were shy. Better not to leave anything on the terrace. The reception was friendly and the breakfast was good.

Everything about the booking was fine. The only downside was the lack of information about on‑site dining, though a pizza takeaway vendor was a few minutes away. There was no capsule next to the machine in the room, but I still enjoyed the breakfast.

Large room which was clean. Pool area was attractive but pool was unheated. Driveway onto the site is a dirt track with large potholes. No information given on arrival by receptionist unless asked directly and no information in the room, although a book appeared on our third day. There was no fridge in the room as described. When I queried this they said it had broken and brought us one from another room. There was no tea in the room, only coffee which we had to ask to be replenished. The mattress needs replacing as there is a dip in it which made for uncomfortable nights. The terrace was unusable and dangerous. I tripped on the uneven decking which was warped and moving. It was completely surrounded by a high hedge which made you feel claustrophobic. There were no staff on site for much of the day or after 7.30 and nothing was made clear on what to do outside of hours if there was a problem. The restaurant/ bar did not open for our entire 5 day stay despite the information . Because our terrace was unusable and the public area by the restaurant and pool were unused we took a drink and snack out there to enjoy. The receptionist came running out to us waving a piece of paper telling us we must only consume in our room or own terrace. This was embarrassing in front of other guests. A simple quiet word would have only been needed. After all had the bar and restaurant been open we would not have gone out there. In all this was not the relaxing and enjoyable stay we had hoped for

The location was quiet and close to Ajaccio. The restaurant was closed, even though the hotel’s details said it was open. No explanation was given, and the cold platter of meats and cheese offered in the evening was insufficient.

Because the hotel restaurant was closed that evening, we really appreciated the charcuterie and cheese board offered by our host. The location was very calm despite the nearby road. Relaxing by the pool after an intense day of sightseeing was very pleasant. The room was spacious and well‑equipped. We’ll come back.
