“non satisfaisant.”
It’s very dirty, the cleaning hasn’t been done in a while, sheets are stained. No electricity. One employee who doesn’t know where to start. Breakfast is unsatisfactory and hygiene is lacking.

The contact, efficiency, and welcome from the cleaning and service staff for breakfast were good. No permanent staff, the cleaning and service staff are over‑requested across several properties. At arrival, we felt like leaving. The system set up by this chain over‑exploits staff and does not provide the service customers expect.

I arrived to find no one at the front desk, just a keypad for entry, and the room was filthy—doubts about whether the sheets had been changed. The breakfast staff were extremely unpleasant, even threatening with their looks, which was scary, especially for solo female travelers. The breakfast itself was awful. This hotel is a place to avoid!

The view at the hotel was good, but the surrounding scenery could use a makeover.

I liked the beach during the time between arrival and departure. Check‑in was free, though it felt odd that no one was there to greet you. Breakfast was fine, and the room offered a view of the Garabit bridge. The shower water was lukewarm, and the TV reception was poor.
