The property is very close to the Hamilton County Fairgrounds. Pillows were flat as pancakes, the mattress was uncomfortable, and the bedding looked like it was from the 1980s. There was no microwave or coffee maker in the room.

The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable. The check‑in code sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t; when it fails you have to go to the front desk for a new code. Annoying, but not a big deal.

Simple, friendly, helpful front desk. Chrome fixtures were spotted; not sure if dirty but very spotted. The window shade had a gap, so I had to stand on a chair to overlap and secure it, otherwise people outside could see in.
