“Fuck up”
I recently stayed at a hotel that left me with a bit of a surprise. Upon checking out, I was presented with a bill that was significantly higher than the price I had been quoted when I booked my room. While the hotel itself was pleasant and clean, the discrepancy in pricing was a bit of a letdown. The staff seemed friendly and apologetic, but it was hard to shake the feeling that I had been overcharged.
