I liked only the location, though it wasn’t stated that it was a suburb of Lutsk rather than the city itself. From the moment guests were met, the reception said “no, look at that door, we have enough people without you,” and the rudeness escalated. We were assigned a smoking room without asking if we smoked; the entire room was filled with cigarette and sewage odor. It was cold and damp (the outside temperature was 20 °C; maybe they store meat there in winter). The room had no kettle, fridge, or any cookware. The entrance was dark at night and the window view was unkempt. All of this was outside the city, which matters for those traveling on their own (there’s only one bus that runs until 9 pm). I’ll stop here; I hope this helps anyone looking for this hotel, because we didn’t find such information when searching.
