The swimming pool was amazing, and the living area was spacious; the staff were very accommodating. We had a very good meal there and breakfasts each day. However, the area was disappointing: there was nowhere to eat, a lot of rubbish on the approach to the property, everything looked run down, the kitchen equipment and utensils were very scant, and there were no plugs in any of the sinks or basins.

The building is excellent, the apartments are nice, the pool is stunning, and there is plenty of peace with no problems. I can only complain about the shower in my apartment: it’s a very large bathroom, but the shower tray was so small that I had some difficulty with my size.

The spot was unbeatable, and the host was fantastic—felt like an authentic holiday surrounded by a lovely setting, with stunning views of Etna. The place was peaceful, tranquil, and relaxing, and the pool was amazing!
