How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Good hotel, but like everywhere in Ukraine right now, the staff is a mess: a guard at reception, a tour guide, a horse caretaker, horse riding that seems more about keeping them fed than fun, and they only offer a heavy‑duty vehicle :( The hotel was almost empty, we were put in a room with a non‑paradigm view, but what can you say, the guard might not even know where those windows face :)

I booked a room through Booking, got confirmation, but the hotel had no record of my reservation! ((( In the double room there was only one chair! The trash can in the bathroom was crushed like a tractor ran over it! (( Very poor sound insulation in the rooms! ((

Comfortable, interesting location. Highly recommend. Horses are the epitome of this wonderful kind.
