Breakfast was great, but I ended up in a larger room while other guests got smaller ones; the staff could have been more welcoming because we didn't see anyone on the first day, though our keys and a note were left for us.

The porch rockers were nice, and it was walking distance to downtown; the breakfast was wonderful and the neighborhood pleasant, yet the antique door knobs lacked button/key locks and rattle and squeak when opened or closed, the bathrooms were down a common hallway so everyone could hear when you left your room to use them, and the price was very high for just a few basic amenities.

There was a variety of breakfast options, but my bathroom was in the hall unlike the other rooms and they didn't tell me that; the website mentioned it but I only used booking.
