“Terrible”
Close to the shops, but everything else was disappointing.
Location, room size, comfy bed and bedding, good shower pressure and volume, and good towels. Staff were helpful and friendly.
“I give this a 10/10 and would book to stay there again”
I didn’t find it too bad at all and would stay there again. Nothing was wrong; I loved it, it’s piece and quite close to the bar, the club around the corner, walking distance to the mall and other stores.

It’s in the CBD. It wasn’t clean when we arrived; we had to wait in the room while staff cleaned.
The location was fine, but the room was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, the sheets were stained, there were no extra blankets even though it was 50 degrees outside, water was leaking in the shower, the toilet seats were the wrong size and I couldn’t sit on them, and the staff were rude and uncooperative. I didn’t even sleep there for the last three nights, had to make other arrangements because I didn’t expect a refund from them. The worst stay of my life ever. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
