Very good and easy to access location in a residential neighborhood. We were very comfy and cozy as three people in this location. We appreciated having a few condiments, coffee filters, etc., and left a few for the next folks. The only suggestion I have is that the pullout mattress in the living room could use a mattress cover.

I was thrilled to be so close to Mendenhall Glacier and all the spots we wanted to explore; the bed was super comfy and the shower was great, but the pull‑out sofa in the kitchen was a bit uncomfortable.

The place was convenient and offered a good price, but I didn’t appreciate the shared door that opened directly into the bedroom and the fact that I could hear people in the neighboring rental.
