The staff were helpful, and after checkout I was allowed to use the bar tables to work. However, the room was quite small, with no desk for work, making desk work difficult. Breakfast required a trip to the neighboring restaurant.

The location close to Brisbane city centre was good, and the room condition was very satisfying. Unfortunately, there was no separate reception desk, which made it inconvenient when I had to check out at dawn, and the email response was also inadequate.

The bed was great and the location was perfect, plus the staff were amazing. However, it was loud and noisy, the bathroom stank, and the carpet was also bad.

It was close to everything.
