Breakfast was good, but when I checked out early no desk staff could help me with the early departure, and I wanted a credit back on my card for the last day; also there was no room service, so we had to fetch towels ourselves to shower.

The location was good, but I was charged $15 more than the actual pet fee, and the bed was uncomfortable—felt the springs.
