“Can be a nice experience when you are not parking there”

The building looked unique and was clean, with a nice yard, and the location was good. A major surprise was the lack of parking: a lady selling vegetables at the gate wouldn’t move her cart, so I had to call the property; the host was unhelpful in messages and I often didn’t understand them. After the call we had to help her relocate her goods twice. This should have been communicated earlier, especially during heavy traffic. Additionally, the building walls are thin, so we could hear neighbors at night.

“Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft im Herzen Tbilisis”

The accommodation was exceptional in a prime spot in Tbilisi; the rooms were lovingly designed and very clean. Breakfast was plentiful and served at the requested time. Though not in the heart of the old town, it was still close enough, which we appreciated. The only issue was communication with the friendly Georgian lady who didn’t speak English; the breakfast hours were unclear—initially said from 9 am, which was late for our day trips, but eventually she served us individually after we got up.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with a large bathroom, good shower, and great price including breakfast. A single lady managed everything. The only drawback was the somewhat creepy location in the back courtyard, which felt half as wild and had no windows.

“Märchenhafter Aufenthalt”

A truly extraordinary place. The entrance through a dark corridor and courtyard made one uneasy at first, but the actual accommodation, built like a fairy‑tale, was absolutely magical—something truly exceptional! Be sure to check the photos. The only downside was the parking issue in front of the building, even though a spot had been booked.

The location is great for exploring the city center, everything within walking distance, excellent breakfast, an interesting type of lodging, and good value for money. The accommodation is very clean, but if you’re allergic to dust it might bother you. It’s an intriguing style, yet it takes up a lot of room and feels a bit cramped, so I’d recommend it for a couple of nights only.
