I really appreciated how kind the staff at the restaurant were during breakfast, and also at reception when I arrived in the evening and when I checked out with my family in the morning. They sorted several booking issues and recommended great spots to visit in Lucerne. What bothered me was that during check‑in my wife and kids were not allowed to enter the room while I filled out paperwork; they were exhausted after a long drive, and even though I was told this was the policy, it was the only thing I didn’t like.
“Gentilezza e professionalità. Camere pulite e ottima colazione”
The staff at the reception and breakfast area were very friendly, helpful, and professional. The rooms were modern and spotless. The breakfast was excellent. Nothing to complain about.
Good breakfast, friendly staff, good rooms and beds.
The room size was great.
“Lovely stay. Clean comfortable. Staff lovely”
The place was clean. Nothing else to mention.
