The staff were friendly and helpful, which made up for some of the disappointment.
This place is a hidden gem, offering top-notch value for the price.
The rooms are simple but spotlessly clean
The location wasn't ideal if you're looking to go out and explore – it's a bit of a trek to get to any decent nightlife.

“Don't expect too much especially wifi connectivity”
The location is convenient for the karinderya, but at this price other places offer mini fridges in rooms, and the Wi‑Fi is terrible at night, so I wouldn't recommend it for remote workers.
Nothing positive. It’s not what the website shows; walking in costs only 330 pesos, while the site lists almost three times that amount.
“Infested with roaches.”
The staff were friendly, but there were roaches.
The transport connections were convenient and being on MRT line 3 let me reach Mega Mall, Green Hills, and other places with ease.
“DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! VERY DIRTY !!!! VERY NOISY!!!”
The checkout staff was very honest and reminded me that I still owed my security deposit, giving it back to me even though I hadn’t remembered. The neighborhood isn’t great, and the hotel isn’t actually in BGC—just close to it. The entire building is filthy, with the bathroom and unit crawling with bugs and roaches. The windows are old‑fashioned glass with no soundproofing, so the street noise—especially motorbike traffic—made it impossible to sleep.
