Everything we arranged turned out flawless—from the room décor and the sparkling wine to the service and every tiny detail of our stay. The suite was gorgeous, the setting ideal for a relaxing couples’ retreat, and the spa stole the show with a couples’ massage that was simply outstanding, ranking among the highlights of our trip. The staff were incredibly attentive, the food was excellent, and the whole experience went beyond what we imagined, leaving us wishing we could stay longer and definitely planning to return.

“Foi péssimo .”

The food was good, but the lack of an elevator to reach the upper floor was a real hassle. Room service was awful, there was no intercom, and the facilities needed maintenance. The biggest issue was a fire alarm that went off for no reason in the middle of the night; because I was staying in the apartment on the top floor of the main building, the noise was insanely loud, and there was no staff to turn it off. I had to shout loudly before a staff member finally appeared after more than 30 minutes.

“Ótima opção na região com requinte e facilidades.”

The facilities, location, and breakfast were great, and the staff overall were solid. A highlight was the maintenance team, who one day while working on the outdoor area saw kids stuck in the lake mud and quickly prioritized getting a child out of the mire with real promptness and care. The only downside was that there could be more activities for adults.

“Região lindíssima. Natureza exuberante e única.”

The lush nature is rare and the location is unique. The downside is the noise in the room starting at 6 am, with trucks, motorcycles, and people talking, and the rooms lack sound insulation.
