Parking was a nightmare – the hotel’s own lot was fully booked and pricey, and finding a spot on the nearby streets felt almost impossible.

The hotel sits in a good location with bus and tram stops easily reachable, and the parking garage offers plenty of spaces. The check‑in staff on a late Saturday afternoon were extremely unfriendly, uninterested, and unmotivated; they might be better suited to work behind the scenes than at the front desk. On the other hand, the check‑out staff were polite and friendly.

The hotel is well connected to the motorway and public transport (tram/bus), and the breakfast is good. The view from the 6th floor is nice, and the reception and restaurant areas are pleasant. However, the sink drain was clogged and the floors – both in the room and the corridor to the lift – were not cleaned or swept properly.
