How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

“Falta de cuidado”

The staff are friendly and willing to help. The building is in a good area and the metro is nearby. There is also a specialty coffee shop next door. It is a hotel with a lot of potential that, if taken care of, could be the ideal accommodation, but it is not at the moment. The accommodation is poorly maintained. The cleaning is very improvable. The mattresses are old and sag. Upon arrival we were assigned a room with a strong tobacco smell and requested a change. We were given a room on the ground floor that had a good temperature but did not match what was shown in the photos. The price we paid was very high for the type of accommodation. It could be suitable if it were cheaper and if the deteriorated state was warned about.

The rooms were very old and dirty, and I strongly recommend that the hotel manager personally inspect the mattresses and the overall condition of the rooms and facilities. The hotel is in serious need of renovation and better cleaning. The staff were very friendly, polite, and welcoming, which was the best part of our stay. The breakfast was very repetitive and consisted mainly of pre‑packaged supermarket products rather than fresh food, disappointing and not meeting the standard expected of a hotel. The room and its furnishings were extremely old, worn‑out, and dirty, and the overall condition was very disappointing and, in my opinion, not even up to the standard expected of a two‑star hotel. Despite the excellent attitude of the staff, the poor condition and cleanliness of the room seriously affected our overall experience.
