Everything was fine, and everything was perfect.

Breakfast was super nice, the reception/lobby area was very lively and full of entertainment. The room was spacious with comfy beds. The staff were very helpful and available on the instant with the bathroom issues. The bathroom was dirty with mouldy silicon in tile corners, the toilet flushing mechanism was not working properly. The tap over the sink was worn out and not working properly – kids were unable to open water at all. Overall, the bathroom was disgusting to walk in, perhaps just bad luck with the room.

The huge bed was great and the location in Karlin is perfect; the room was clean, but I feel the hotel is quite overpriced for the level of accommodation I get. It is generally good, but not worth the price I paid. The service was okay, not especially welcoming. The main issue is the very thin walls, so you can hear your neighbors loudly.

The place was well maintained. The lobby and bar area were great.
