“Byly jsme rádi že jsme byly jen na dvě noci a bohužel tento penzion více nenavštívíme.”

The rooms are modernly furnished, clean, and feature a large bathroom with a shower. Each room includes a small fridge, a kettle, mugs, and glasses. Breakfast is fairly adequate for the size of the pension. However, there is heavy noise from the main road outside the room windows; cars drove by all night, disturbing us despite the pension’s claim of sound‑proof rooms. Additionally, the mattresses were too soft for us, leaving us sleepless (though it might suit someone else). The biggest disappointment was the pool, which was a key reason we chose this pension. At first glance it looked beautiful and modern, the pension advertised a heated pool, but the water was so cold we gave up after a moment. Moreover, the pool was supposed to have loungers with pearl‑massage jets that couldn’t be activated, so the relaxation we were most looking forward to was zero—a big pity.

“Skvělé ubytování za příznivou cenu”

The room was well equipped (air‑conditioning, electric kettle, minibar, great shower, comfortable armchair, etc.). The pool and saunas looked great, and we really appreciated that the pool was included in the room rate. Breakfast tasted great. The rooms were sound‑proofed. A slightly larger breakfast selection would have been nice, but everything essential was there. The pool water temperature felt a bit low during the morning swim, but nothing that would deter me. The beds had mattresses that were a bit too soft for my taste, but that’s a personal preference.

“Kiepski pobyt”

The décor was nice, the location decent, the bed comfortable, and there was a pool. However, there were no parking spots reserved for guests (I understand events and circumstances at the hotel’s restaurant, but the lack of guest parking is a misunderstanding). We couldn’t eat or even order anything in the restaurant when we were very hungry after a long journey. Breakfast was a miscommunication: on Sundays it was served from 8 to 10, but at 8:40 there was nothing to eat, the staff didn’t restock items, we even lacked cutlery, and the cold food from the buffet was limited to two fried eggs and two sausages. I chose the hotel based on good reviews, but knowing what to expect beforehand would have led us to book elsewhere.

A wonderful new spot in Bucovice. As someone who grew up in this town, I truly value this establishment! We loved almost everything—beautiful modern bedrooms and bathrooms, free access to an indoor pool with both indoor and outdoor seating. The staff were very lovely and polite. Breakfast could offer a few more healthy options, like muesli instead of only sweet cereals, and more fruit, preferably pre‑cut. Overall, though, the breakfast offers good value, especially with the barista‑style coffee.
