“No Hospedarse aqui en lo posible”
The only good thing was that the hotel was close to a metro station, making it easy to get in and out of the area; the downside was a lot of prostitution and homeless people around. We never got our room cleaned, they charged us an extra 30 000 pesos for arriving at 5.00 am to check in early, the general services lady and two receptionists from the coast or Venezuela were extremely hostile and unhelpful, we were first put in a room next to a loose tile that rattled all night and didn’t let us sleep, and when we complained they moved us to a room near a nightclub where the music was even worse and kept us awake, the second night a couple in the next room were so noisy that they moaned and screamed all night making it impossible to rest, and the facilities that looked nice in the photos turned out to be shabby with peeling paint on the walls and broken faucet and shower handles.
