The location was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only complaint: the hotel is great, I love citizenM, it’s cool, laidback, fun!

Comfy beds, great location, cool vibe and restaurant. Stinky bathrooms in the rooms like an RV camper toilet, smelled like a septic tank; tiny rooms not suitable for two people; no free coffee

Location and cleanliness stood out. However, we discovered no sheets for our bed until late, and the bathroom was much smaller and less private than the photos suggested; knowing this earlier, I would have chosen a larger room.
