I liked how close the hotel was to places like Namba Kagetsu and Douguya Yokocho, which felt convenient. The downside was a brown stain that looked like urine on the toilet lid, and the breakfast tray still had crumbs stuck on it from a previous guest—more than one crumb, apparently. I don't know if it should have been washed or wiped, but it was left as is, and I was the first guest that morning, so it was still in the same condition from the day before. It was disappointing 😢 I told the staff about it, but they seemed to ignore it.

The spot is great and the rooms stay clean, but the staff are practically invisible since check‑in runs through a terminal. The breakfast, however, was definitely not worth the price; I couldn't even spot a few items on the buffet.

The rooms are small by Turkish standards but contain everything you need, and the hotel is close to the metro station.

The hotel’s location is great, the staff are very friendly, there are plenty of conveniences such as a laundry room, dryer, vending machines and a microwave, and the rooms are clean and comfortable, though the pillows could be a bit more comfortable, which is probably a matter of taste.
