The staff were helpful in fixing the many issues that popped up, and the setting in the countryside a few minutes from all the services is nice. The air conditioning was pay‑per‑use (properly marked, but apparently to lower the daily rate on Booking), and even though that was noted, the filters had so much dust that we felt unwell. This wasn’t just a minor annoyance; it was a real health risk. I hope no one else has to go through this.

My husband and I want to thank Mr Clemente for giving us four wonderful, relaxing days; this apartment was the best stop we’ve had since we started coming to Rimini. Everything we needed was there and then some, plus a special welcome dinner and the lovely neighbor, Mrs Antonietta. We’re glad we met you and would recommend it to anyone looking to unwind away from the city’s hustle… highly recommended, and we’ll keep you in mind for next year.
