I recently had a frustrating experience at a hotel, where I was told upon arrival that they had no record of my booking. Despite this, the staff were friendly and apologetic, which made the situation slightly more bearable. However, the lack of communication and organization left a lot to be desired. The hotel's location and overall atmosphere were pleasant, but the initial mishap overshadowed my stay.

I was initially impressed with the spacious room and comfortable twin bed at this hotel, which made it a great fit for my needs. However, my experience took a turn for the worse when I discovered that the air conditioning wasn't working properly, and the double bed was quite uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the room was not as clean as I would have liked, with a noticeable musty smell.
