Million dollar view in Puerto Rico

“Mooie locatie met goede voorzieningen en prachtig uitzicht.”

A spacious apartment with a balcony offering a beautiful view of the hills and the sea in the distance. The kitchen had good facilities. It was in a quiet area, though there were many roosters that started crowing early in the morning. There was no direct contact with the owner (only via email and phone, which was smooth and friendly). The GPS coordinates did not match the location. We arrived at a different accommodation and this happened repeatedly. The oven door didn't close properly.

“Coqui Frogs and a Beautiful View”

The view was stellar, and the location was quiet yet close to El Yunque, a grocery store, and the beaches, so we could easily drive there. Every night we enjoyed listening to the coqui frogs. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. If you like to cook, the kitchen is terrible—no real cooking equipment or prep space. If you don’t like to cook, it’s still very serviceable.

The views are really nice, and the place is well stocked and close to the beach. The owner is responsive, and there's a washer and dryer in the apartment for quick laundry. We could have used more towels and blankets. If you are a light sleeper, the roosters and coquis are extremely loud, so it may not be the best choice.

Beautifully nested in the mountains, it was so peaceful, private, and quiet. The view made for a nice, slow morning with coffee on the terrace. It was comfortable and relaxing, and we loved it!

“Summing up the property would be “when you’re all beached out and tired from the excitement of your trip, just know your”

Though the drive leading up to the house may seem dark, once you reach the home you feel a sense of peace. From the views to where you park your car, to the views from the main bedroom, you see why its name is its name. With its oversized bathroom, access to a washer and dryer, and great space for the kids to unwind, we would highly recommend it and plan to return if we ever find ourselves in Luquillo again. What I didn’t like was that the sliding door to the back porch kept coming off the track, and after 2–3 times dealing with it, we just stopped using that space, which is a shame because “the name” promised an amazing view.
