Hotel Castillo Benidorm

Friends, I want to share my experience with the wonderful service at this cozy hotel. Huge thanks to everyone, especially Maria—she's a treasure! We stayed for 8 nights. Everything was great—convenient location, beach 5 minutes walk, old town, promenade, big Mercadona supermarket, market, restaurants—all nearby. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. Cleanliness and excellent service. Good unlimited breakfast, coffee. You can use the kitchen and dishes at any time. The room has a fridge and everything needed for relaxation. They also provide chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, and even a beach bag! Maria will help with any question. Service is 10 stars! I’m very grateful for the wonderful emotions and great vacation. I recommend it to everyone!

“Excellent one night in Benidorm”

Maria and the staff were welcoming, smiling, and helpful. They came outside to explain the parking charges and machine. We received beach towels, borrowed beach chairs, a parasol, and even a beach bag! Breakfast was amazing with freshly squeezed orange juice. The place is very close to the beach. The only downside: the air conditioning was a bit noisy and could have been cooler.
